Our Story

         Our culinary journey began in 2018 when Steve, a seasoned veteran in the restaurant industry and who initially established Shockwave Food as a food truck, recognized the immense potential and passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Steve brought onboard Brandon, a food enthusiast, who views food both as a creator and a consumer.
          Steve has a  wealth of experience in restaurant management and a family culinary heritage spanning for generations. Steve and Brandons knowledge has been infused into Shockwave Food with a rich tapestry of flavors and techniques. Together, Steve and Brandon share a vision that food, much like music, has the power to nourish not just the body, but also the soul.
         At Shockwave Food, our mission is to bring people together through the universal language of food.
