Our culinary journey began in 2018 when Steve, a seasoned veteran in the restaurant industry and who initially established Shockwave Food as a food truck, recognized the immense potential and passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Steve brought onboard Brandon, a food enthusiast, who views food both as a creator and a consumer.
          Steve has a  wealth of experience in restaurant management and a family culinary heritage spanning for generations. Steve and Brandons knowledge has been infused into Shockwave Food with a rich tapestry of flavors and techniques.
